Darren Brown

Managing Director/Lead Developer/Graphic Designer

Darren has over 15 years experience in providing IT solutions to the Australian Corporate, Government and Small Business Sectors, developing and implementing the use of electronic trading and online business solutions to the Australian Market.

Years of dealing with eBusiness and eCommerce solutions has provided Darren with a unique understanding of the Internet, web site strategies and online solutions “that work.”

After recognising an opportunity to assist businesses increase their profitability and productivity through better marketing, client relationship building and contact management, Darren started DBDS with a view to ensuring that all businesses benefit from advances in technology.

A strong technical base including PHP programming and graphic design, combined with a sharp understanding of implementation and deployment strategies, enables Darren to deliver real solutions for real businesses, aimed at assisting our clients to develop their total Internet strategies. Darren is committed to delivering high quality results, while building long-term relationships with his clients through continued consultation throughout the development and implementation of a project.

Mikael Wedemeyer

Art Director

Mikael has over 8 years commercial design experience. He is well-versed in all aspects of design, marketing and ad work across many mediums. With a background in both freelance work and with a national advertising company, he has worked with clients from startups to enterprise, and what he doesn't know, he can find out pretty quickly. Mikael is able to meld the aesthetic and technical, and can interface between many aspects of a project. He can break a design down to its essence and find solutions that communicate.

Tina Ferreira

Project Manager

After graduating from the AAA School of Advertising (South Africa) in 1991, I started my career as a Graphic Designer and gradually moved into the Print Production & Project Management devisions. 16 years later and I have project managed some of the largest brand names, working in small design studios right through to the largest Advertising Agencies in South Africa.

Julia Birks

Graphic Designer

Julia is a web and graphic designer, who had several years experience in the on-demand print industry before her move to working with demanding art directors. Julia is able to create a design that can be translated perfectly for it's application. Particularly with web templates, she can make an amazing design look great, consistently. Julia's degree in Industrial Design gives her the perfect balance of skills to create work that can deliver.

Nathan Mussig

Graphic Designer

Nathan is a perfectionist. He is passionate about creating designs that work for his clients by understanding both what they want, and what is going to work best for them. His designs are regularly on target, first time. He has spent the time in the past with a number of studios, so he knows the best process to obtain the best results for every job.
