Our Brief
FYI Messages on Hold is a telephone message on hold service provider specialising in recording, suppling and managing telephone messages on hold systems.
Steve came to us needing an innovative and cost effective way of developing and maintaining his online business strategy. Steve wanted to be able to maintain his web site in house in an easy, user-friendly solution.
Most of all he was looking for a visually appealing and
professional web site to promote FYI's image and branding online.
Strategy
We were able to identify during our early consultation with Steve that what he needed was a DBDS Content Management System. This system enables our clients to deliver a powerful regularly updated online experience to their site visitors.
Outcome
